    No need for the push up. Pushups should be done by themselves, with diamond pushups as well.

    Your push up: your right elbow is further away from your body than your left. Either you have one longer arm, or one bigger pec :)

    Royal Marines keep their elbows close to their sides in the down part of the pushup.

    @abujameel2010 here where we live when we are in the push up position we get completely parallel..ive never really seen anyone do one like you described, but everyone is diffrent man.
