This works great for both. To begin, let me say THIS IS NOT A STEAM SAUNA! This is an infrared sauna. The rays are emmited by three lamps mounted in the “tent” and absorbed into the body and sweat is released. It does get very hot in the tent. Make sure you are really well hydrated when you start this. The heat range goes from 50 degrees F to 140 degrees F (approx.). I found that to be a comfortable range for me. I think it cycles on in off, so I started on a lower setting, and when I felt it was getting too cool, would tweek it up. The controls are very easy to use. I liked the design of the product very much. It is really easy to use. It folds up into a rectangle about the size of two pizza boxes put side to side, so if you live in a shoebox like we do, this is the sauna for you. The zipper does stick a little, but just make sure you hold the two sides together when you zip it up and go kinda slow. We haven’t had a problem with it yet. It does come with a metal folding chair that is a bit uncomfortable (not to mention, made of metal) and we have opted to use our own chair. There is a hole for your head, and two for arms, which is nice. If you want the whole heat experience, sit on the floor and put a hand towel over the hole. The control …
